Is it possible to route only part of incoming calls to VAPI?

Our hospital receives over 500 calls per day. We want to implement VAPI gradually, testing the AI on just a portion of the calls. Is it possible to configure the system so that some calls are handled by the human team and others are routed to VAPI, all using the same phone number?

@Victor Cardoso Technically speaking, you will need to route your inbound calls via a 3rd party system, in order to perform these. This is something you can do with Cloudonix, which has a direct integration with VAPI (www.cloudonix.com) and you can set it up yourself in minutes - without needing technical skills (at least, not too many of them). Using Cloudonix, you can do the following:

Route a certain number of calls to AI agents.
Perform A/B testing to multiple versions of the same agents, using a single phone number.
Perform A/B testing to multiple agents on mutliple platforms, using a single phone number.
Enable AI Voice agent fail-over and hand-over between AI Voice services.

And that's just the tip of the iceberg of the capabilities and what our customers do with Cloudonix and VAPI.
