No availability found for HighLevel Calendar with full availability

my team is using HighLevel integration tools and we can confirm:

1) agent detects the contact in HighLevel
2) NO appointment slots can be found on a wide open calendar to complete scheduling...

we used the oAuth connection to authorize Vapi to GHL..

Would appreciate help.. already having to consider Retell AI with this not working.

Nothing fancy..

We’ve connected the Highlevel oauth under integrations..

Then setup the attached tools.

It appears that the contacts can be looked up and found in highlevel but the calendar does not work for both finding a availability and creating calendar events

Hi Sahil, I work with Scott and can help describe the issue a bit further. We have properly authenticated and while the outbound assistant calls it is able to find the contact record in GHL. The conversation is then pointed to creating a new calendar event on GHL, but the assistant for some reason can never find a time available on the calendar (which has purposely been set to available M - F 9am - 5pm. Time zones are correct and the calendar works fine when manually selecting slots. We need the assistant to be able to ask day/time available (as it does) and then look up calendar, and then create the new event.
