Cannot replenish my credits - keep getting error message
Hi there - New user, got the 1000 credits free but now when I try to pay with debit, credit cards nothing works. HELP!

Try clear browser memory for vapi and then try in incognito mode..

did that, added debit card (should it just be credit cards?) it Link'd, I clicked the checkmark, but then got this red message pop up. I replied to your email, my org ID is 3cc0edbe-d03d-44c7-beca-888e1c5c1431

Any idea when we will solve this problem ?
It looks like Stripe is saying there are insufficient funds on the card you're trying to use. There was also another card where the CVC or ZIP code didn't match. We provide the credits once Stripe confirms the payment went through. Please double-check the information on your cards, including the details mentioned.
