Charges per minute

Since there are new stuff about billing. Just want to ask if there's changes on charges. What the charge rate for pay as you go? Does it charge only the calls that have been picked up? Or it starts counting the minutes upon ringing?

The pay-as-you-go rate remains at 5¢ per minute for Vapi's platform usage, plus any provider costs associated with your voice pipeline. You are only charged for calls that have been connected, including those that go to voicemail. The billing starts once the call is picked up, not during the ringing phase. Also, I think what she’s asking — there is a credit based system on vapi for pay as you go. How are the credits weighted?
