Model output not played?

In the logs it can be seen that the user prompt has generated the model output
"Could you please let me know which state you're located in? This will help me direct your call to the right person for your maintenance issue."
but the bot was able to play out only a few first words from it. Then user got frustrated, used an expletive and the call terminated.
Why did the bot didn't play the output? It doesn't seem that the user has interrupted the bot during the playing.
