Agents not reponding

For the last 2-3 days, none of my agents are responding, neither on web calls nor over the phone. Previously, all were working with the same settings. I don't have any pending bills either. Can someone help me with this issue? Although the issue is with all agents, for reference, here is a call ID: (f97cae01-db49-4641-a400-82993e9585d9). My production is being hampered significantly, so kindly help me resolve this ASAP.
