Assistant not reading the output of the tool call

Hey,
I have created a assistant which on users request makes a tool call and then reads the output of the tool call out loud.
But there is some kinda bug here and these things are currently happening -
  1. Call logs show that the tool is called and the output of the tool is also correct.
  2. Its giving me correct output when I use the chat feature.
  3. But its not reading the output of the tool out loud on the phone call or the web call (But the call logs of both show the correct tool call and correct output too)
Can anyone help me with this? I am not even able to debug this thing because there is no error as such.
