Transcription issues when Calling Number

the transcription is super bad, Its not getting the names correct of the person when they say it and having trouble interpreting the emails from the user even after I ask the Ai agent to spell it out (When the AI agent spells it out, it always gets it wrong) When I listen to the call back the user is always super blury which is what is the problem has anyone found a solution?
