Agency/Startup Plan w/ ElevenLabs custom voice
We have a usage of about 7500 minutes per month. I see on the pricing page, it says "Bundled minutes include the cost of every provider used during a call (LLM, TTS, STT, etc.)."
Can you clarify this a bit more? Does this mean if we switch to Startup Plan, it will give us 7500 minutes regardless of the provides for STT-LLM-TTS?
We currently use ElevenLabs custom voice, and hence have provided the API keys in the integrations page. What would happen if we switch to the Agency/Startup plan? Do we still have to pay for the custom voice?
