Vapi Agent not working

I'm reaching out because I'm experiencing a persistent issue with my voice assistant on the no-code Vapi platform. While the assistant reads the initial prompt correctly after clicking “Talk to Assistant,” it does not respond at all after the user's first reply.

Here are some key points about the issue:

Microphone permissions are enabled; however, the call logs show no transcript or audio from the user's side.

I've verified that the assistant has a prompt and proper voice settings.

Webhook integrations are not currently throwing errors, but no input is received post-greeting.


I’ve reviewed the available documentation and tried multiple configurations, but the issue persists. It's critical for us to get this assistant functioning for our lead qualification workflow.
