"hold on a sec", "one moment"
While running the tools it keeps saying "hold on a sec", "one moment" how to stop it? I want assistant should use phrases that gave in model prompt while running the tools.
Ctools have custom messages that you can update !
IWhere are those custom messages ? 
KIf your assistant's tools have the default request-start message, it will say those phrases. You can go into the tools and modify the tool messages towards the bottom of the screen if you are using the dashboard and configure a custom request-start message like how you have in your prompt.

TIs it possible to set multiple Request Start messages, and it just randomly pick one everytime? It would be great since repeating the same "Let me look into it" message multiple times a convo is quite monotone
KYou can create multiple request-start messages with the responses you want, and it will select them at random.
