Query Tools not working: only one query tool allowed.

Hi guys, I am having issues with the Query Tool.

  1. The Query Tools are NOT being triggered in the Chat function in the web dashboard.
  2. For the Voice Call, one query tool is being triggered, but one is not. I have tried multiple file formats (PDF, docx, txt) but they all do not work, for this specific query tool. Also creating new Query Tools does not solve the issue. The assistant does not seem to know when to trigger it? The Query Tool id is 36a67773-be6c-46a3-baef-ab469528115a. I think the prompt of both the Tool and the Knowledge Base are well written.
