Twilio wont call out

Just started a trial and trying to outbound call using Twilio and it just wont call out and no idea how to solve.

I can see in Twilio it tried to call out using API but I dont have any calls.

If possible, please also confirm if you have recently changed any Twilio or Vapi configuration settings.
