Hi team,I'm having a serious issue with my assistant on the no-code Vapi platform.

I'm having a serious issue with my assistant on the Vapi platform. It plays the initial message, but after I reply, it doesn't respond at all.

STT provider is set

Mic is enabled

No transcript or user audio shows up in the logs after the first message

I can’t find conversationMode toggle or JSON editor in the current UI

Using no-code dashboard, not API

I've tried everything I could find in the docs. Could someone please help me troubleshoot this? If possible, I’d really appreciate a quick call to walk through it live.

Thanks for sharing the details. To help narrow down the issue, could you please confirm if your assistant's configuration in the no-code dashboard includes both a valid Assistant ID and Phone Number ID? Missing these can prevent the assistant from processing replies after the initial message.

To help track down this issue, could you share one or two:

The call ID
When exactly this happened (the timestamp)
What response you expected to get
What response you actually got instead
This would really help us figure out what went wrong!
