ElevenLabs Flash v2.5 TTS support and spelling prompt

Hey there,

1.) Do you support Flash v2.5 model from ElevenLabs (TTS Model)
2.) What is the best prompt for spelling name, email, phone, everything related? Right now it spells really badly

Yes, Vapi supports ElevenLabs Flash v2.5 TTS, but it lacks text normalization, so for better spelling of names, emails, and phone numbers, use formatEmails and formatPhoneNumbers, prompt users to spell things out, or switch to the Multilingual v2 model for clearer pronunciation..
