Transcription Portuguese
I have an assistant that works just fine in english. When I switch to Brazilian Portguese (Transcription Gladia, TTS 11Labs) the assistant can't seem to hear me, it's not transcribing and I get the following error message: [WARN] Endpointing falling back to heuristic. Language br is not supported by LiveKit model.

It looks like the issue is due to LiveKit not supporting Brazilian Portuguese ("br") for endpointing. The documentation suggests using the "Vapi" endpointing method for non-English languages.

language code is "pt", I am using Gladia and accurate model

I am using "Pt" there is no "pt-BR" in Vapi settings under "Transcriber"

Google worked. Can't I use gladia?
Currently, Gladia does not appear to support Brazilian Portuguese ("pt-BR") transcription in Vapi—only the generic "pt" option is available, and it produces no output in your tests. As a workaround, I recommend continuing to use the Google transcriber with the "pt" language code, since it successfully provides transcription for Brazilian Portuguese.
If you need to switch back to Gladia in the future, keep an eye on the Gladia transcriber documentation for updates on language support.
