Concurrent lines not working

Bought concurrent lines yesterday still only 2 calls have been made idk what the hell is this i bought 11 lines yesterday and now its showing 21 in my organisation after making 11 calls in que only 2 calls have been done rest are NA and wow i got a email that limit reach what is this vapi are we dumb spending dollars to buy lines ??
