1000 mins dissapeard

Hi VAPI Team!
We had previously received the 1000 minutes grant. However, today I noticed that my available minutes suddenly disappeared even though I haven’t used them all.only used like 100 mins

I can only see that I am getting $10 credits now and my account is not new.

Could someone please help me check what might’ve happened? I’d really appreciate a quick response as I’m mid-development and hoping to keep momentum.

Hello Adityaa,

We have recently discontinued the VAPI FREE 1000 minutes plan in favor of a $10 credits plan. Upon signing up for the first time, you will be credited with $10 in credits for your VAPI account. We acknowledge that this change could have been communicated more effectively, and we are actively working to improve our communication practices.
