Hi Vapi team, I've been trying to signup for the hackathon, but i able unable to locate where i should sign up. Is there a form i need to fill out?

Is the registration just the submission? and what about the free minutes under "Why Should I Join?" it says "Get 100,000 minutes of Vapi free if you join." are these minutes given to support project development in the hackathon?
