Sip Trunk keeps giving problems

Hello, it is really annoying. We are having serious problems with SIP connections. Incoming calls have been problematic from the beginning, we gave the necessary permissions etc. everything, it called for a while but then it was cut off. Now outgoing calls, if it calls for one day, it does not call for two days. When we look at the SIP logs in our system, there is no incoming call, that is, there is no request from vapi to SIP in any way. We use BYO Sip Trunk, we have a contract with a company and we do not have problems when we call with other applications.
