Thanks for sharing those details! I couldn't find enough info in the docs to explain why the Gather node isn't showing up for you or why the Conversation node isn't working. There have been some recent updates to the Gather node (like changes to its required properties), but nothing about it being hidden or unavailable in the interface see changelog.
