Transfer Call Tool is not forwarding correctly to an extension
I have a custom tool set up to forward calls via an extension. As of this week the tool no longer forwards to the extension

My tool ID is f548ea9e-c885-41fd-90af-bd65bdc0239f
The call forwards but it never goes to the extension - I last tested about a month ago and it was working correctly.
I. tried to delete and remake the tool but it still never forwards
