Hi team,
Can you confirm if my organization (Org ID: a82276bd-7a64-4611-9c2f-d142ab934f95) has Twilio or any outbound SIP/PSTN provider connected for use with transfer_call_tool?
We are triggering the tool and getting "tool_call_result": "No result returned", which suggests the transfer is not completing.
We have a valid phone number destination and a properly structured webhook response.

We’re trying to run a live warm transfer using transfer_call_tool to connect our assistant Rachel to+1 (786) 280-4399.

The toolCall is triggering properly, but we keep getting: "tool_call_result": "No result returned".

We purchased our number through VAPI (+1 (786) 460-9275), and have it assigned in our assistant.

Can you confirm whether our org (a82276bd-7a64-4611-9c2f-d142ab934f95) is:

Enabled for outbound warm transfers via PSTN?

Linked to the correct SIP trunk or Twilio route?

Approved to dial the number: +17862804399?
