Vapi-managed number stopped connecting calls

Hello,

I just had a Vapi-managed number randomly stop working in production. This number has been reliably servicing calls for months, and today stopped working. There have not been any updates to the number routing or the Squad it is routed to in Vapi. No matter which assistant I route the number to, I just get the message "Welcome to Verizon Wireless. Your call cannot be completed as dialed"

Any guidance on debugging what went wrong here and prenting similar outages is much appreciated!

Here are the details:
  • Phone Number ID: 9d3b23ff-1507-4a8a-af02-047a5b60271f
  • Organization ID: 6ff55087-48b0-4037-a2aa-d4984d63ea98
  • Squad ID: 458b0162-e196-444c-9928-c314a026b412 (this should be irrelevent -- other numbers are currently pointing to this squad and connecting, and I also tried pointing the problem number to many other working assistants and I get the same error message)
  • Call ID: Not applicable -- the call record does not seem to be created in Vapi. We just get an error message.
