Is this where I open a support ticket?
Out of 14 times that a person answered the phone there were only 3 times that the person was able to hear the assistant speaking. Every other time the person says hello multiple times while the assistant is speaking as though they can not hear anything, or the assistant never responds.
I have attached screenshots of the transcripts of many of the calls from today. Also. many of the call ID's from today are below:
