Voice Speed Not Change

I am using Charlotte(Native) voice currently. But she talk too fast. So I am going to control speed in voice configuration but her voice speed never change. How can I change her voice speed?

Im having the same problem with 11labs, openai and vapi voices, changing the "Speed" does nothing. The only thing that changes speed is which voice model is used (11labs turbo, multilingual, flash...) and the Stability also changes the voice speed a lot.
