auth operation request denied

I am frequently experiencing this problem, every week I see this, two weeks earlier I found this issue, then asked here, fixed, last week also and this week also. I don't know what is happening to vapi. Frustrated problem

@tai apologies for the inconvenience but your account was blocked due to, KYC verification failed. I am enabling it for now but make sure the KYC verifications is completed successfully.

Hey, as you can check, you have 4 references for the same email ID. Could you justify your this act? Why you are creating multiple accounts using the same email ID? I have unblocked your account previously, so a justification is needed before we proceed ahead.
