Challenges with affiliate link

I had one of my clients signup using my affiliate link and so far it is not reflecting the client is not showing as my affiliate. I need help resolving this.

Also, is it possible to move affiliates from my personal account to my other business account?? I will share the details of the links on dm if thats okay.

No it's not possible to move the affiliates.

@Constantine can you share the email used for affiliate?

I helped one of my client in creating account using my affiliate link, i got the affiliate notification of the clients email on my dashboard. As at today i requested the client to log in to buy some credits, after purchase, i didn't get any affiliate commision on my affliliate dashboard
