How to call/invoke tool when customer ends the call?
I want to save the call summary and transcript to a Google Sheet after an outbound call ends. It works when the assistant finishes the call, but if I manually disconnect early, the tool isn’t triggered.
Is there a way to capture the summary and transcript even when I end the call manually?
