How can I upgrade my trail account to normal account
Hello,
I have a trail account and I want to upgrade it to a normal account. I added my credit card details to billing screen. However, my account is still a trail account. When I start a outbound call to my phone, trail account message still there.
Should I make anything else to upgrade my account. If I should, what is it.

@Vapi Team At the moment, I can buy number from Vapi dashboard which is the result of upgrading my account to full account. However, I still hear "You have a trail account..." message while making outbound call from my Twilio number to my personal phone number. Could you check it?

I´having the same isue. I´ve already place my new credit card but they haven´t charge the corresponding amount and I urgently need to unlock the billing limmit and never present this problem again because my client is loosing customers.

Hello @Vapi Team , Is "You have a trail account..." message because of Vapi or Twilio. I'm asking that because I upgraded my Vapi account. Although, I didn't upgraded my Twilio account yet. Does Vapi play "You have a trail account..." message before the start assistant. The message wants to press any digit on the phone to execute the code. Is it Vapi's message?

@Sahil The message which I mentioned is an audio record played before talking with assistant. It says, "You have a trial account, you can remove this message at any time by upgrading to full account, press any key to execute your code." I added the audio as attachment. Do Vapi play that audio message to trial accounts or not. If not, I will think, it's Twilio's message. Because I have a trial account at Twilio.
