Issues with transferring
My agent will ask people if they want to be transferred, and then the user will respond with "Yes" or "Yeah". My agent then continues on without transferring them, until they asked to be transferred again. Has anyone experienced this or know what I can add in the prompt to make sure this doesn't happen?
