Incoming calls suddenly stopped working on some of our numbers.
Suddenly incoming calls dont have any sound.
We dont hear anything when calling the agents, but in the call log we can hear both the agent and our own sound.

Phone number is registered through twilio and we use assistant-request server events to set up the assistant.
