Is there a way to ignore the first message and go directly to the prompt
I'm trying to set up squads but I need them to be able to go directly to the prompt on transfer instead of saying the first message. Is there a way to do this?

LYeah, just don't put anything in first-message.
WExcellent. Thanks a lot. Also, is there way to also avoid saying the transfer message? If I leave it empty it just says "transfering the call now"
LYeah, you can leave the transfer message as empty and use assistant-model generated response in first message mode.
