Knowledge Base Files cannot be downloaded

Hi, in a project for a client, I cannot download knowledge base files. When I click on the download button, nothing happens.

thanks a lot! checking the URLs of the documents works in both my any my clients vapi account. However, downloading files does not work in any account.
