Agent calling function multiple times back-to-back

Hello! We've been running a campaign with VAPI, but have found that sometimes it runs a function multiple times in a row. This breaks the conversation, so any solution would be greatly appreciated. Let me know if any other info is needed to help debug this.

You have defined both the tools and function. Just remove the tools part it will work properly.

Check your DM. Both the Function and Tools parameters were defined due to which this issue must have occurred.
