Vapi helps developers build, test, and deploy voice agents at scale. We enable everything in between the raw models and production, including telephony, test suites, and real-time analytics.
@Brian Searl I'm sorry to hear you're experiencing issues with the calls not hearing you. It sounds like there might be a problem with the microphone permissions or a technical issue with the call provider. Could you please check if your microphone permissions are enabled for the application you're using? If they are enabled and you're still facing issues, there might be a temporary problem with the call provider's connection. If you've already checked the microphone permissions and they are correct, please let me know so we can explore further solutions.
worked yesturday perfectly, pushed it to my client, and now they're saying its not working. I tested it and it says the intro but then doesn't respond. I tried plugging in another assistant and it worked though so was there an update pushed last night or something?
this same issue with web call but this happened jun 5th and this morning.
call starts normally but stops getting audio even thought obviously person speaks as call has already started
call id- 5bd0436d-e794-445c-9feb-82fc21d244cb (really weird as call transcript shows the user response but not in audio and the assistant never replied)

b06f52fc-465c-4de2-8c28-fdd18434f02e - user audio abruptly stops coming through

So i solved the issue by creating a brand new assistant and copy and pasting all the details of the assistant having issues into the newly created one and it worked. What ever you guys did yesturday messed with voice assistants created in a certain time frame possibly because this was the only one that had issues and i was working on this one yesturday.
My assistants were working fine two days ago, but now they don't work. They only say the initial message, then they don't hear me and don't respond. What can I do?
I am also experiencing this. Call ID: 3c62ff49-0ee4-4f64-9828-5d6bef76c00b 8020e602-37bd-42a3-bb29-aa6683ea8513 27cdc59a-29d9-43e6-9e70-3fea5309b7dd fb1ce5fa-3569-4e15-9ed5-cf65ede8fad3 27cdc59a-29d9-43e6-9e70-3fea5309b7dd
Same here, a few agents work, a few don't Tried changing from Vapi numbers to Twilio numbers, but they still can't hear the user Web calls appear to work well (agents were working well before, and nothing was changed on their setup)
Hey everyone, sorry about the issue. Something related to denoiser model not returning any audio back. We pushed a release to force disable the denoiser for everyone. While it's building, feel free to manually disable it for your assistants.
