Question:
Is it possible to control the Backchanneling output? Meaning that I don't want it to say "yay" or "yeah" and be all excited when someone is calling in with a problem. Or does this happen automatically when sentiment analysis is on. In my case it was off. I would just turn backchanneling off completely but it is nice to have because it masks the latency. Maybe you guys could build a switch one for happy and one for sad backchanneling. Thanks!
