Voice doesn't read double letters or digits

I prompted the agent to repeat the email address back for confirmation.
Example: emma@gmail.com
The voice reads it as ema@gmail.com, but in the transcript it is correct.

Same with digits:
Example: 80001.
It reads it as 8 o 1, although it's shown as 80001 in the transcript. Is there a way to solve this problem?
Voice provider is playht and model is gpt4o.
