Assistants hanging up

Hey I set my monthly limit to 10 Bucks. And I did not realized, but I surpassed it recently. Then my assistants started to hang up instantly after calling them. Then, I increased the billing limit and still... Every assistant just automatically hangs up. And it has nothing to do with the setiings: "endcallenabled" Is there anyone who knows what to do? Would be really glad if someone can help me
