Ended Reason: twilio-failed-to-connect-call

I'm using a number directly with Vapi and it has worked previously. I made sure the automation had the correct number ID, assistant ID, and everything is congruent throughout my set up. How can I troubleshoot twilio errors through a VAPI number?
