Implementing Tools are not working like request-start and request-complete.

Has anyone been able to implement request-start and request-complete with tools in staging (https://staging-api.vapi.ai/api)?
We are struggling to implementing it and we are not sure it's our payload, or it's someone a bug lol. So we just want to check with the community to see if you already implemented something that worked here.
