Forwarding phone number issue
Hi team,
I have not been able to get the call forwarding function working property on GPT 3.5 or GPT 4.
I am using the system via an inbound twilio phone number. Whenever the assistant says it will transfer the call, the phone hangs up immediately.
I have tried 2 different numbers to forward calls to, a US number and a New Zealand number but neither are working.
