Call meta data not sent to Make.com

I'm using Make.com to get info about the call. However most fields are not populated when the data arrives in Make. Is there something I can do to get all the data associated with the call?

I am especially interested in getting a URL to the recording and to the full transcript

You are using a function-call type where a transcript isn't available. Instead, use the call-end-report in the server URL.
