No Responses on Calls

I am not getting any responses for my calls. I have a first message this along with any other responses are not being sent.

Also being charged transport costs for these calls despite using my own Twilio. I have checked in Twilio to see if this is an issue with my billing but have enough credits.

Also regarding transport costs if we are using our own Twilio should they still appear in the cost breakdown?
